Brokk has begun working with Wells Fargo Equipment Finance, Inc.’s Construction Group to provide competitive finance rates for Brokk machines. Beginning this month, the partnership allows Brokk to offer rates as low as 2.52% for a 36-month term and 3.53% for 60 months on new Brokk equipment.
After nearly 30 years, the first Brokk sold in the United States has made its way back home to Monroe, Wash. In 1983, the first batch of Brokk machines arrived in America: three Brokk 250s, sold by Roland Johansson, the original U.S. distributor for Brokk.
In 2010, McNally-Kiewit began construction in Cleveland, OH, on a project that will aid significantly in the efforts to improve water quality in Lake Erie and Euclid Creek. Known as the Euclid Creek Storage Tunnel Project, the contract will extend over four years at a cost of nearly 200 million dollars. Recently, McNally-Kiewit purchased a Brokk 160 to help with some particularly challenging aspects of the job.
