YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a financial assistant/payroll administrator, you will work alongside our CFO, overseeing the company’s payroll management, employment contracts, and ongoing HR-related matters. A strong emphasis will be placed on quality, accurate calculations, and timely payments in accordance with agreements, while constantly maintaining a high level of service. Upholding this level of service to our employees is a priority, and you will serve as the key point of contact. This role entails ensuring that personnel information, such as guidelines and instructions, is updated and accessible to employees. An additional key responsibility will involve overseeing accounts receivable and payable while consistently identifying opportunities for process improvement.
